Copa Ridge Gym
East Site Location
The wellness centers offer a wide arrange of services such as teaching wellness groups at both day programs, providing one on one workouts with Copa health coaches, and nutritional education to our members. The wellness centers are filled with many useful workout tools that assist with all member goals and aid in their physical and emotional recovery. The wellness centers are lined with cardiovascular equipment and strength training machines for full body or muscle specific workouts. In addition, there are televisions for yoga videos, Wii Sports, and high energy music to thrive in the recovery process at all our wellness center locations. Copa Ridge is open Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm with the option for remote services as well!
Cambridge Gym
Our West Valley Site Location is located at the West Village Day Program
This wellness center offer one on one workouts, wellness groups and coaches that provide nutritional education. We have cardiovascular and strength training equipment. While you are there you can sit in on groups that are happening in the day program.
Mobile Gym
Traveling to a location near you!
The wellness center is on the road! Our mobile gym service includes a vehicle that is fully equipped with all the tools to assist in your wellness journey. The mobile gym contains both strength and cardiovascular equipment that can be tailored to your needs. The mobile gym also has a TV with WiFi to help maintain a high energy workout or relaxed meditation space. Our Travel Wellness Coaches can come to your home, a park, clinic, or more.
